The gentle joy of doing the prototype badly at first after a tiny failure

I tried this in São Paulo with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

I started this because my lunch break felt a little stuck, and classics seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

This feels like advice from a patient friend. I noticed the same thing in Manila.

Glad you shared it; small wins count. I used to overcomplicate this constantly. That route sounds like type-two fun.

This has cozy competence written all over it. I would love to see a follow-up after 4 weeks.
