The thing nobody told me about albums in real life

I started this because my Monday morning felt a little stuck, and playlists seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

Context: I am not an expert, just someone trying to make Music feel less intimidating. I wrote down what worked, what felt awkward, and what I would do differently next time.

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. concerts got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where concerts stopped feeling new.

This is the kind of useful internet I still show up for. I learned that one the expensive way.

The boring logistics are always the hidden part. The chaotic constraint is probably the real story.

Helpful correction.

This is the kind of disagreement I like.

Same here. It took me too long to learn.

Good clarification — I read it differently at first.

This feels a little overrated to me, even if the intention is good. My friend tried it in Kuala Lumpur and had the opposite result.

This made me smile more than expected. I keep a note about albums for exactly this reason.

Not wrong, but I think this underestimates how different people's constraints are. This would have saved me a lot of trial and error.
