A surprisingly useful lesson from a coworking table

I tried this in Mexico City with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. poetry got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

Context: I am not an expert, just someone trying to make Writing feel less intimidating. I wrote down what worked, what felt awkward, and what I would do differently next time.

Agree completely. The simple version is underrated. The 7-minute rule is underrated.

My first thought was cost, then time, then whether I would remember to do it. I would write it down before changing anything else. Great use of light and restraint.

The surprisingly angle is what sold me. I am curious whether poetry still feels good next month.

Glad you shared it; small wins count. My only addition is to make the first step visible.
