I changed one thing and suddenly street made sense without making it complicated

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 7 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.

Context: I am not an expert, just someone trying to make Photography feel less intimidating. I wrote down what worked, what felt awkward, and what I would do differently next time.

Honestly, great taste.

That is a surprisingly elegant way to frame it. I would test it for 10 days before deciding.

Did anyone else read this and immediately make a tiny checklist?

Interesting. I would like to see how it changes after 10 months. I am curious whether portraits still feels good next month.

Good clarification — I read it differently at first.

Glad you shared it; small wins count. That is the kind of detail beginners miss.

This made me smile more than expected. The a neighborhood park detail changes the whole answer.

I like the idea, but the setup probably matters a lot. This is where I would ask one more question before choosing.

This sounds sensible, though I would need to test it myself. I would test it for 5 days before deciding.
