Which one wins in real life with a surprising constraint

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 7 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

I do not have a strong take, but the which detail is useful. The surprising constraint is probably the real story.

Not for me got my vote. The other choices are good, but this one fits my week. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near a tiny balcony.

This feels a little overrated to me, even if the intention is good. This is more useful on a tired Monday morning than on a perfect day.
