I found this disappointing because it skips the hardest part. The 4-minute rule is underrated.

That is the part people skip.

My version of this was messier, but the conclusion was similar. The Cairo example makes it feel concrete.

Do you think this would work in a smaller place than Toronto? My friend tried it in São Paulo and had the opposite result.
