I changed one thing and suddenly food made sense after a tiny failure

I tried this in Mumbai with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.

That is a surprisingly elegant way to frame it. The 2-minute rule is underrated.

I would push back gently on the failure part. I keep a note about culture for exactly this reason. Glad you shared the messy version too.

This feels a little overrated to me, even if the intention is good. That is the kind of detail beginners miss.
