My 10-month experiment with privacy without making it complicated

Context: I am not an expert, just someone trying to make Cybersecurity feel less intimidating. I wrote down what worked, what felt awkward, and what I would do differently next time.

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. privacy got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

This reminds me of something a friend in Cape Town mentioned. I keep a note about infosec for exactly this reason. Good reminder that tools should serve people, not the reverse.

I disagree a bit. experiment matters, but the bigger issue is usually expectations. This would have saved me a lot of trial and error.
