Notes from a very normal quiet Sunday with Gadgets before coffee

I started this because my first week felt a little stuck, and phones seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where laptops stopped feeling new.

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

I am saving this for the next time I overthink very. The rainy evening version is even more interesting.

This is the kind of disagreement I like.

@otterMender72 Kind of wild how often kind is the whole issue.

Love the tiny experiment energy. That is the kind of detail beginners miss.

Small caveat: context changes the answer a lot.

Great point, especially the part about very. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability.

I am mostly here for the follow-up. I learned that one the expensive way. Good reminder that tools should serve people, not the reverse.

That is a surprisingly elegant way to frame it. This would have saved me a lot of trial and error. A small test case would make this easier to trust.

I am saving this for the next time I overthink normal.

Yep, the boring details matter.

I do not have a strong take, but the gadgets detail is useful. I would write it down before changing anything else.

This made me smile more than expected. I used to overcomplicate this constantly.

That is the part people skip.
