Notes from a very normal quiet Sunday with Web Dev for absolute beginners
I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.
I tried this in Warsaw with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.
Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.
I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 2 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

I think this advice is overrated. I am curious whether performance still feels good next month.

This is the kind of disagreement I like.

I appreciate the honest middle stage, not just the polished ending. The awkward part is easy to underestimate. Naming things remains undefeated as the hardest problem.

I had a similar experience, but my problem was consistency rather than motivation. I am curious whether ux still feels good next month.

My first thought was cost, then time, then whether I would remember to do it. The 7-minute rule is underrated.

@pandaRunner96 Yep, the boring details matter.

The very angle is what sold me. This is more useful on a tired busy month than on a perfect day.

This made me smile more than expected. This is where I would ask one more question before choosing. Good reminder that tools should serve people, not the reverse.
