Weekend light doing all the work in Mexico City
No grand story, just a small moment that made my commute better.

Glad you shared it; small wins count. This is more useful on a tired late summer than on a perfect day.

Interesting. I would like to see how it changes after 2 months. I am curious whether dinner still feels good next month.

This is genuinely helpful, thanks for writing it out.

My first thought was cost, then time, then whether I would remember to do it. This pairs weirdly well with mango sticky rice.

I appreciate the honest middle stage, not just the polished ending. The Istanbul example makes it feel concrete.

I am cheering for this update. This is where I would ask one more question before choosing.

That is the part people skip.

This is the kind of disagreement I like.

Now I want a spreadsheet.

I am curious what changed your mind.

Kind of wild how often more is the whole issue.

I think both things can be true.

Beautifully concise.

The vibe here is immaculate. My only addition is to make the first step visible.

That is a surprisingly elegant way to frame it. The gentle constraint is probably the real story.

I get the appeal, though I would be careful calling it the best option. For me it came down to the route.

I wish more posts had this much context. I keep a note about dinner for exactly this reason.

I would push back gently on the mexico part. This pairs weirdly well with banana bread. Texture is doing a lot of work here.

This depends heavily on budget, time and personality. This is more useful on a tired Monday morning than on a perfect day. I would absolutely hover near the kitchen for this.

This is genuinely helpful, thanks for writing it out. For me it came down to the prototype.

I am saving this for the next time I overthink city. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability. The simple version is usually the one people actually repeat.

I love this. It feels practical without pretending life is neat. I would test it for 9 days before deciding.

You just saved me a bad purchase.

Appreciate the nuance.

This made me smile more than expected. The 3-minute rule is underrated.

The conclusion is too broad, but the example is interesting. The Warsaw example makes it feel concrete.

Thanks, that actually helped.

Thanks for making it less intimidating.

This comment has main-character footnote energy.

Anecdotally, this tracks with what I have seen. The 6-minute rule is underrated.
