This is useful for some cases, but terrible advice if the stakes are high. This is where I would ask one more question before choosing.

I would push back gently on the monday part. The Mumbai example makes it feel concrete. Optionality is underrated.

Maybe, but the tradeoff seems bigger than the post suggests. This would have saved me a lot of trial and error.
