Pick one for the rest of the month from my first week notes

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

I started this because my first week felt a little stuck, and family seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the route for a while.

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

I picked Yes, definitely, mostly because it feels easiest to live with. This pairs weirdly well with banana bread.

Love the tiny experiment energy. The delightful constraint is probably the real story.

Surprised more people aren't choosing I need more context. It seems like the practical answer. The the corner shop detail changes the whole answer.

Only with help got my vote. The other choices are good, but this one fits my week. The Nairobi example makes it feel concrete.
