My 8-month experiment with restaurants with a messy constraint

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. restaurants got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

Not wrong, but I think this underestimates how different people's constraints are. I am curious whether plantbased still feels good next month.

@maya-600 The Tuesday test is undefeated.

Totally agree, especially for beginners.

This feels like advice from a patient friend. This is where I would ask one more question before choosing.

Could be regional too.

That is a good boundary.

This feels a little overrated to me, even if the intention is good. The low-effort version is probably the keeper.

Agree completely. The simple version is underrated. The beautiful constraint is probably the real story.

I think both things can be true.

Do you think this would work in a smaller place than Mumbai? I noticed the same thing in Istanbul.

This is the gentle version of my rant.

That is a good question for people with more experience than me. I am curious whether nutrition still feels good next month.

This is the kind of useful internet I still show up for. The low-effort version is probably the keeper.

I like the idea, but the setup probably matters a lot. My friend tried it in Istanbul and had the opposite result. Texture is doing a lot of work here.
