Pick one for the rest of the month after a tiny failure

I started this because my quiet Sunday felt a little stuck, and photos seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 9 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through

Great point especially the part about pick. This is where I would ask one more question before choosing

Can you share what you tried before this? I would love to see a follow-up after 6 weeks

not for me got my vote. The other choices are good, but this one fits my week. It sounds small, but the route matters

Not for me got my vote. The other choices are good, but this one fits my week. I keep a note about dogs for exactly this reason

The pick angle is what sold me. I noticed the same thing in Istanbul

this is genuinely helpful, thanks for writing it out. It sounds small, but the recipe matters

Same here. It took me too long to learn

Surprised more people aren't choosing Maybe later. It seems like the practical answer. Honestly, the simplest version wins for me

Great point, especially the part about failure. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability

I picked Not for me mostly because it feels easiest to live with. I would love to see a follow-up after 9 weeks

Anecdotally, this tracks with what I have seen. The 8-minute rule is underrated

I picked Not for me, mostly becuase it feels easiest to live with. The 5-minute rule is underrated

I picked Not for me, mostly becuase it feels easiest to live with. The low-effort version is probably the keeper
