The most messy part of learning silly in Lagos

The detail that surprised me was how much a neighborhood park changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

I tried this in Lisbon with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. silly got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

There is a hidden assumption here that not everyone shares. I noticed the same thing in Madrid. This is kinder advice than most of the internet manages.

I agree with the goal and disagree with the method. I keep a note about jokes for exactly this reason.

I had a similar experience, but my problem was consistency rather than motivation. The 10-minute rule is underrated.
