A surprisingly useful lesson from a trailhead on a budget

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 6 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

I started this because my busy month felt a little stuck, and tools seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

Big fan of this approach. I learned that one the expensive way.

Interesting. I would like to see how it changes after 10 months. The low-effort version is probably the keeper.
