I tried doing evidence the boring way and it worked from the train station
This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. evidence got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.
Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.
The detail that surprised me was how much the kitchen changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

Love the tiny experiment energy. It sounds small, but the tiny repair matters.

Do you think this would work in a smaller place than Kuala Lumpur? This pairs weirdly well with jollof rice.

Mildly negative take: the simple version is sometimes just underexplained. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability.

Short answer: yes. Long answer: also yes.

Honestly, great taste. The uncertainty is part of what makes it interesting.

The best answer in the thread, honestly.

Interesting. I would like to see how it changes after 10 months. My friend tried it in Toronto and had the opposite result.

Helpful and not preachy, which is rare. I would love to see a follow-up after 2 weeks.

This reminds me of something a friend in Melbourne mentioned. I learned that one the expensive way.

This has cozy competence written all over it. A little friction removed goes a long way.

Good reminder that boring can be good. I would love to see a follow-up after 4 weeks.
