Pick one for the rest of the month

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where marathon stopped feeling new.

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

The detail that surprised me was how much a family dinner changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

Yes, definitely got my vote. The other choices are good, but this one fits my week. The the kitchen detail changes the whole answer.

Yes, definitely got my vote. The other choices are good, but this one fits my week. I keep a note about training for exactly this reason.

Yes, definitely got my vote. The other choices are good, but this one fits my week. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near a trailhead.

I picked Maybe later, mostly because it feels easiest to live with. The social part surprised me too.

I picked Maybe later, mostly because it feels easiest to live with. The messy part is easy to underestimate.
