A gentle rant about training and expectations from my commute notes

I started this because my busy month felt a little stuck, and training seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 2 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

This feels a little overrated to me, even if the intention is good. I would write it down before changing anything else.

I get the appeal, though I would be careful calling it the best option. This would have saved me a lot of trial and error. Small progress still counts.

What happened after the first week? I am curious whether expectations stayed easy. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability.

I like the idea, but the setup probably matters a lot. My only addition is to make the first step visible.
