The chaotic joy of doing the first draft badly at first after a tiny failure

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where history stopped feeling new.

I tried this in Lisbon with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

The detail that surprised me was how much a tiny balcony changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

I appreciate the honest middle stage, not just the polished ending. For me it came down to the playlist.

Now I want a spreadsheet.

You explained the tradeoff really clearly. Honestly, the simplest version wins for me.

Not wrong, but I think this underestimates how different people's constraints are. I noticed the same thing in Toronto.
