A surprisingly useful lesson from a neighborhood park without making it complicated

The detail that surprised me was how much the corner shop changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

I started this because my first week felt a little stuck, and support seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

Good reminder that boring can be good. I keep a note about therapy for exactly this reason.

@hugo-13 That sounds great until you add children/pets/deadlines.

Thanks for making it less intimidating.

@hugo-13 This is the kind of disagreement I like.

That last line is excellent. The the library detail changes the whole answer. Small progress still counts.
