A tiny win from Manila that made my week without making it complicated

I tried this in Buenos Aires with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where libraries stopped feeling new.

The detail that surprised me was how much a neighborhood park changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 10 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

I wonder how much of this depends on timing. The winter version is even more interesting. I respect a strong opinion about pacing.

That sounds great until you add children/pets/deadlines.

My version of this was messier, but the conclusion was similar. I am curious whether libraries still feels good next month. I love when a recommendation comes with the right mood attached.

Beautifully concise.

Small caveat: context changes the answer a lot.

Interesting. I would like to see how it changes after 5 months. The 9-minute rule is underrated. I love when a recommendation comes with the right mood attached.

The context helps. Without it I would have assumed the opposite. This would have saved me a lot of trial and error.

Helpful and not preachy, which is rare. I would write it down before changing anything else.

Thanks, that actually helped.

Wonderful detail. It makes the whole thing feel real. The weekend version is even more interesting. I respect a strong opinion about pacing.

Mildly negative take: the simple version is sometimes just underexplained. My only addition is to make the first step visible. The second half changed how I felt about the beginning.
