How do you stay consistent when resume gets boring?

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. interviews got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

I would make the decision with cash flow, risk, and optionality in mind rather than chasing the perfect answer. You will learn more from a simple version repeated three times than from a perfect plan you never start.

- Start small and make the next step obvious.
- Keep notes so you can compare what worked.
- Ask someone with recent experience, not just strong opinions.

Source: mostly hard-won experience and comparing notes with people who stuck with it.

That is the part people skip.

That should give you a solid first pass.

I would prioritize emergency savings before optimizing tiny investment differences. Boring liquidity prevents expensive panic. It sounds small, but the tiny repair matters.

That is a good boundary.

Small caveat: context changes the answer a lot.
