What is the most underrated choice here without making it complicated

Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the tiny repair for a while.

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where marathon stopped feeling new.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 3 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

Surprised more people aren't choosing Yes, definitely. It seems like the practical answer. I would test it for 7 days before deciding.

Surprised more people aren't choosing Only with help. It seems like the practical answer. I would love to see a follow-up after 8 weeks.

@riderPilot I think both things can be true.

Only with help got my vote. The other choices are good, but this one fits my week. The social part surprised me too.
