A gentle rant about culture and expectations for absolute beginners

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. facts got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where facts stopped feeling new.

Helpful and not preachy, which is rare. This is where I would ask one more question before choosing.

Great point, especially the part about beginners. My only addition is to make the first step visible.

Good reminder that boring can be good. A little friction removed goes a long way.
