The small gear habit that changed my quiet Sunday with a quiet constraint
A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat
Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

I would not call it wrong, just incomplete. The chaotic constraint is probably the real story. Naming things remains undefeated as the hardest problem.

Really good advice, and it feels doable. The low-effort version is probably the keeper.

I appreciate the honest middle stage, not just the polished ending. I learned that one the expensive way.

I am mostly here for the follow-up. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near a trailhead. The boring solution is probably the reliable one here.

That last line is excellent. This is where I would ask one more question before choosing.

That sounds great until you add children/pets/deadlines.

@elif-20 The best answer in the thread, honestly.
