The small tools habit that changed my rainy evening without making it complicated

Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the first draft for a while.

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where tools stopped feeling new.

I tried this in Warsaw with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

The Tuesday test is undefeated.

This is adorable and oddly motivating. That is where the boring checklist helps. This makes me want to start a weekend project.

I would love a follow-up example.

@ishanotes Thanks, that actually helped.

The vibe here is immaculate. That is the kind of detail beginners miss.

This reminds me of something a friend in Seoul mentioned. That is where the boring checklist helps.
