I changed one thing and suddenly resume made sense with a beautiful constraint
Context: I am not an expert, just someone trying to make Careers feel less intimidating. I wrote down what worked, what felt awkward, and what I would do differently next time.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 7 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

I wish more posts had this much context. I would write it down before changing anything else. The hidden expense is usually time.

Good reminder that boring can be good. This would have saved me a lot of trial and error.

I get the appeal, though I would be careful calling it the best option. My only addition is to make the first step visible.

The vibe here is immaculate. The practical part is easy to underestimate.

That is a surprisingly elegant way to frame it. I noticed the same thing in Kuala Lumpur. I would document the agreement in writing.

Really good advice, and it feels doable. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near a family dinner.

Amazing how much difference one small change can make. The social part surprised me too.
