My 7-month experiment with stories from my quiet Sunday notes

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 5 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

Big fan of this approach. This is more useful on a tired commute than on a perfect day.

This feels like advice from a patient friend. The Jakarta example makes it feel concrete. The follow-through matters more than the perfect plan.

That would annoy me more than it helped. This is where I would ask one more question before choosing.

There is probably a middle ground here. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near a family dinner.

What happened after the first week? I am curious whether sunday stayed easy. I learned that one the expensive way.

Did anyone else read this and immediately make a tiny checklist?
