The thing nobody told me about jokes in real life

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. stories got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

I started this because my commute felt a little stuck, and memes seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 3 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

What would you change if you started over? This is where I would ask one more question before choosing.

I needed the reminder to start smaller.

The Tuesday test is undefeated.

Glad you shared it; small wins count. I am curious whether memes still feels good next month. The follow-through matters more than the perfect plan.
