A surprisingly useful lesson from the train station without making it complicated
I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.
Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. backend got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam

This feels like advice from a patient friend. The social part surprised me too

This is the kind of useful internet I still show up for. I learned that one the expensive way. The boring solution is probably the reliable one here

Honestly, this is a little too vague to be useful. The Berlin example makes it feel concrete

I had a similar experience, but my problem was consistency rather than motivation. Honestly, the simplest version wins for me. This is exactly the kind of tradeoff teams argue about for weeks

This depends heavily on budget, time and personality. This pairs weirdly well with arepas. This is exactly the kind of tradeoff teams argue about for weeks

I am mostly here for teh follow-up. I would test it for 7 days before deciding

The conclusion is too broad but the example is interesting. I would write it down before changing anything else. Good reminder that tools should serve people, not the reverse

Beautifully put. I needed that reminder today. The commute version is even more interesting. Naming things remains undefeated as the hardest problem

Beautifully put. I needed that reminder today. This is where I would ask one more question before choosing
