A beginner mistake I am weirdly glad I made for absolute beginners

I tried this in Madrid with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 7 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 6 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

I would not call it wrong, just incomplete. I noticed the same thing in Mexico City.

I am cheering for this update. This is where I would ask one more question before choosing. A small test case would make this easier to trust.

That is the part people skip.

Big fan of this approach. I would test it for 4 days before deciding.

Yep, the boring details matter.

@curious_mango54 Respectfully, I see it the other way.

I needed the reminder to start smaller.

Good clarification — I read it differently at first.
