Can we talk about the underrated side of kindness that actually stuck

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. family got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where wins stopped feeling new.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 4 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

Big fan of this approach. I would test it for 10 days before deciding.

The kindness in this post is lovely. My only addition is to make the first step visible.

Good clarification — I read it differently at first.

I was going to disagree, but your second sentence got me.

That is a good boundary.

This is adorable and oddly motivating. A little friction removed goes a long way.

Beautifully put. I needed that reminder today. This would have saved me a lot of trial and error.

That is a surprisingly elegant way to frame it. I would love to see a follow-up after 7 weeks.

This. Exactly this.
