What I wish I knew before trying strength before coffee

I tried this in Jakarta with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

This sounds sensible, though I would need to test it myself. I noticed the same thing in Nairobi.

I am mostly here for the follow-up. That is the kind of detail beginners miss. Glad you shared the messy version too.

I wonder how much of this depends on timing. The awkward constraint is probably the real story.

I appreciate the honest middle stage, not just the polished ending. My friend tried it in Istanbul and had the opposite result. People underestimate how much sleep changes the answer.

This made me smile more than expected. The low-effort version is probably the keeper.

There is probably a middle ground here. The chaotic part is easy to underestimate. The follow-through matters more than the perfect plan.

What happened after the first week? I am curious whether wish stayed easy. I am curious whether health still feels good next month.
