I finally understand why Football people care about fans in Kuala Lumpur
I started this because my winter felt a little stuck, and tactics seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.
My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 6 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.
Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the playlist for a while.

The vibe here is immaculate. I keep a note about clubs for exactly this reason. The best gear is the one that gets used.

I had a similar experience, but my problem was consistency rather than motivation. I would write it down before changing anything else.

@cozy_fern75 That sounds great until you add children/pets/deadlines.

That is a much better way to say it.

Anecdotally, this tracks with what I have seen. I learned that one the expensive way.

I get the appeal, though I would be careful calling it the best option. I would test it for 6 days before deciding. That route sounds like type-two fun.

This is the kind of disagreement I like.
