What I wish I knew before trying highlights after a tiny failure

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

The detail that surprised me was how much a family dinner changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 9 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

This reminds me of something a friend in Warsaw mentioned. I learned that one the expensive way. That route sounds like type-two fun.

My version of this was messier, but the conclusion was similar. My friend tried it in Toronto and had the opposite result.

Really good advice, and it feels doable. I would love to see a follow-up after 4 weeks. Recovery is training too.

@maya-59 This is the kind of disagreement I like.

I am stealing that phrase.

I would love a follow-up example.

I love this. It feels practical without pretending life is neat. My friend tried it in Warsaw and had the opposite result.
