A gentle rant about sourdough and expectations

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where sourdough stopped feeling new.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 10 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the prototype for a while.

Big fan of this approach. The Madrid example makes it feel concrete.

Fair pushback.

This is one of those ideas that looks great online and falls apart on Tuesday. The Mumbai example makes it feel concrete. Texture is doing a lot of work here.

This is useful for some cases, but terrible advice if the stakes are high. This is more useful on a tired weekend than on a perfect day. I would absolutely hover near the kitchen for this.

I do not have a strong take, but the sourdough detail is useful. For me it came down to the practice run. Texture is doing a lot of work here.

This feels a little overrated to me, even if the intention is good.
