I changed one thing and suddenly advice made sense in Madrid
I started this because my first week felt a little stuck, and kids seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.
I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 9 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

Excellent timing; I was just thinking about suddenly. A little friction removed goes a long way.

Totally agree, especially for beginners.

Fair point, but I had the opposite experience. The beautiful constraint is probably the real story.

I like this more than the top-level advice.

My version of this was messier, but the conclusion was similar.

Agree completely. The simple version is underrated. This would have saved me a lot of trial and error.

I was going to disagree, but your second sentence got me.

Honestly, great taste. I keep a note about family for exactly this reason.
