How do you get better at selfcare without burning out with limited time?

I started this because my commute felt a little stuck, and selfcare seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

The detail that surprised me was how much a family dinner changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

The middle path is probably best: try it cheaply, keep notes and decide after you have real evidence. This is where I would ask one more question before choosing.

That is the part people skip.

Yes, but I would approach it in a small, testable way rather than trying to solve everything at once. If two options look equal, choose the one that is easier to reverse.

- Start small and make the next step obvious.
- Keep notes so you can compare what worked.
- Ask someone with recent experience, not just strong opinions.

Source: mostly hard-won experience and comparing notes with people who stuck with it.

Anecdote beats theory here.

Good clarification — I read it differently at first.
