I finally understand why Today I Learned people care about history without making it complicated

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 2 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

The boring logistics are always the hidden part. The a trailhead detail changes the whole answer.
