What highlights looks like when you stop optimizing everything in real life

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 8 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

Context: I am not an expert, just someone trying to make Basketball feel less intimidating. I wrote down what worked, what felt awkward, and what I would do differently next time.

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where nba stopped feeling new.

I would push back gently on the optimizing part. Consistency beats intensity here.

The framing feels off to me. Not terrible, just not convincing.

Excellent timing; I was just thinking about life. A little friction removed goes a long way.

The boring logistics are always the hidden part. This is where I would ask one more question before choosing.

I love this. It feels practical without pretending life is neat. This is more useful on a tired busy month than on a perfect day. Recovery is training too.
