Can we talk about the underrated side of tools after a tiny failure

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 6 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

Honestly, this is a little too vague to be useful. The awkward constraint is probably the real story.

Really good advice, and it feels doable.

Glad you shared it; small wins count. I noticed the same thing in Madrid.

The boring logistics are always the hidden part. The low-effort version is probably the keeper.
