What is a realistic first 10-week plan for study with limited time?

I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.

For travel days, leave one flexible block. The best thing on a trip is often the thing you did not schedule. My friend tried it in São Paulo and had the opposite result.
