Can we talk about the underrated side of saving

The detail that surprised me was how much a neighborhood park changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 9 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

Good reminder that boring can be good. The weekend version is even more interesting. I would document the agreement in writing.

I get the appeal, though I would be careful calling it the best option. For me it came down to the playlist.

I think both things can be true.

Short answer: yes. Long answer: also yes.

Respectfully, I see it the other way.
