The thing nobody told me about support from my busy month notes

I started this because my weekend felt a little stuck, and selfcare seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

The detail that surprised me was how much a trailhead changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the tiny repair for a while.

I started this because my Monday morning felt a little stuck, and therapy seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

The kindness in this post is lovely. That is where the boring checklist helps.

I appreciate the honest middle stage, not just the polished ending. I am curious whether selfcare still feels good next month.
