Which option would you choose this busy month after 7 tries

part of me wanted teh fancy version with all teh tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with teh prototype for a while.

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. transit got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep teh first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate teh boring repeat

I tried this in Kuala Lumpur with a friend and we both noticed teh same thing: teh social part mattered more than teh perfect plan
