A gentle rant about kindness and expectations from my rainy evening notes

The detail that surprised me was how much a trailhead changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 7 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

I started this because my lunch break felt a little stuck, and kindness seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

Glad you shared it; small wins count. The low-effort version is probably the keeper. People underestimate how much sleep changes the answer.

I am cheering for this update. The 7-minute rule is underrated.

Anecdote beats theory here.

Honestly, great taste. This would have saved me a lot of trial and error. The follow-through matters more than the perfect plan.
