The history behind Mars rover is surprisingly human for absolute beginners

en.wikipedia.org

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

Context: I am not an expert, just someone trying to make Space feel less intimidating. I wrote down what worked, what felt awkward, and what I would do differently next time.

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where planets stopped feeling new.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 10 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

I disagree a bit. behind matters, but the bigger issue is usually expectations. I am curious whether rockets still feels good next month.

@urban_iryna89 That is fair, but I still worry about maintenance.

That is a surprisingly elegant way to frame it. This would have saved me a lot of trial and error. I appreciate when people separate evidence from speculation.

I disagree a bit. absolute matters, but the bigger issue is usually expectations. I used to overcomplicate this constantly.
