The most cozy part of learning poetry in real life

I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.

I started this because my busy month felt a little stuck, and poetry seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

Big fan of this approach. I used to overcomplicate this constantly.

That made the concept click.

Interesting. I would like to see how it changes after 2 months. This is more useful on a tired commute than on a perfect day.

The context helps. Without it I would have assumed the opposite. The 10-minute rule is underrated.
